We did it with The Knot Best of Wedding Reviews, and now we would like to express our appreciation for our amazing couples, clients, and fellow vendors from WeddingWire. We LOVE being a part of some incredible events and creating amazing memories. Our couples enthusiasm makes us feel incredibly lucky to be doing what we do! Their 5 star reviews have allowed us to be recognized by WeddingWire’s Couples’ Choice Awards year after year. According to WeddingWire, the Couples’ Choice Awards “recognize local wedding professionals who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness, and professionalism.” And now we’re blushing! We’ve shared a few of our favorite reviews below.
Wow… Lucky Devils are incredible. Planning a wedding during COVID was sort of complicated, so I hired this band without ever hearing them! I was nervous but saw they had such incredible reviews and I was impressed with how they kept their website updated as the pandemic progressed. The producer I spoke with during the entire process was responsive and patient and informative. He made everything SO easy and was another reason I felt okay not hearing them beforehand. Then on my wedding day when they took the stage, WOW! I was ecstatic. They are SO talented, each and every one of them. We were shocked at the voices that came out of some of these people. All of my guests commented on how impressed they were, and the Lucky Devils certainly got the dance floor full. We had many guests leave early and many who couldn’t join due to COVID, but the band handled it flawlessly. Hire them, I couldn’t imagine better.

When my husband and I started planning our wedding, we agreed right away that we both wanted a live band for the reception – it was the most important thing for both of us, as we knew we wanted that kind of energy in the room. As we researched bands we came across the Lucky Devils Band and saw all of their good reviews. There are a lot of other bands you can find in and around Los Angeles, but they had one really big advantage that most other bands didn’t – regularly scheduled showcases where you could see them perform live. LDB were actually the first band we seriously considered, but we still did our due diligence and looked into a lot of other bands. We said to each other – we can’t just book the first band we find! Well, we ended up doing just that, and it was the best decision we made! Not only do they make it easy for couples to come see them live, they are also talented, professional, and truly affordable. The producer who was our main point of contact was super responsive, friendly, and remembered us from early on (we ended up attending a lot of their showcases because we just enjoyed hearing them live!). We got SO many compliments from our guests all night long – including from his parents, who are VERY picky about music, and from other friends who are composers/musicians themselves. Our wedding was right as the pandemic panic was kicking into high gear – and we were very stressed about the cancellations and our own fears, but when the music started playing, we forgot about all of it and danced until we couldn’t feel our feet. We highly recommend the Lucky Devils Band to all couples!! Get yourselves to a showcase and see for yourselves how great they are!!

The one thing my husband wanted at our wedding was a live band and Lucky Devils did not disappoint! We were originally going to have 100+ guests and ended up only having 40 due to COVID but the only time that dance floor was empty was when the band went on their breaks. Thanks to the bands up beat tunes everyone had a great time!

Lucky Devils killed it at our tiny down-sized wedding. We had to change plans, rearrange a lot of things and they showed up and did an amazing job. The best thing was we could tell the musicians were just happy to play because they’ve slowed down so much during COVID. They were all heart…it was amazing. The female singer made a long drive to us and just showed up and ripped it! They were our MC’s too which worked perfectly and they worked with the acoustics to make sure everything was the perfect volume. Our venue was an informal outdoor courtyard with some road noise but it was not even noticeable with the acoustics. Fabulous! I keep reliving the day over and over again! Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about the Lucky Devils Band. We first saw them in Phoenix at a local venue where they were showcasing their talents. We were blown away! If you are looking for a live band for your wedding, you do not need to look any further. They played a wide variety of music and even included a sweet Duke Ellington song that we walked in to our reception to. Our guests were up and dancing all night at our reception, and everyone commented how much they enjoyed the music. The only thing that got more compliments, was my wedding dress! Thank you, Lucky Devils!
